Manufacturing Engineer - Process Planning
Summary/Objective
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a key role in shaping our manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, enhancing product quality, and contributing to our overall success in the manufacture of high precision products. Essential Functions
- Reviews product designs for manufacturability, proper tolerances, quality requirements, and cost drivers.
- Defines the manufacturing process required to produce components and assemblies.
- Determines fixture and gage requirements for new components and designs or procures necessary items.
- Creates manufacturing process routes and bills of material in ERP system.
- Reviews Engineering Change Orders and updates process documentation as necessary.
- Collaborates with other manufacturing engineers, design engineers, quality control personnel, supervisors and machine operators to maximize shop-floor productivity and product quality.
- Participates in root-cause analysis and corrective action of quality discrepancies.
Competencies

The Janitor is responsible for facility maintenance as directed by the Facility Maintenance Supervisor.
Essential Functions

Account Manager
Summary/Objective
Working closely and in a supportive role with Regional Sales Engineers, the Account Manager is responsible for providing customer service to established and prospective customers. Customer Service may include, but is not limited to, order entry, expediting, order modifications, quoting, and communicating pertinent information to customers. The Account Manager is also responsible for overall coordination of information flow to various departments such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance and Shipping to ensure that Customer requests and expectations are satisfied.
Essential Functions
- Communicating with customers and Regional Sales Engineers while providing delivery, price, and other customer driven information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Entering customer orders into ERP system and providing customers with order acknowledgements.
- For sales orders that include products coming complete from our parent company, issue purchase orders from ERP system
- Responding to customer requests such as for expedited deliveries
- Understanding of ERP system functionality and where information can be obtained
- Assist customers in a courteous and helpful manner while developing customer relationships
- Handling Returned Materials Authorizations (RMA’s) including documentation and tracking progress
- Engaging Company resources as needed to resolve customer concerns or identified problems.
- Utilize customer’s internet portals/apps as necessary to assure proper planning and action in response to customer’s production needs.
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports as needed to support the Sales department.
- Coordinate efforts with required departments to assure timely response to customer inquiries and on-time delivery of product.
- Accurately record customer information and activities in CRM (i.e. phone calls that would provide useful information for other members of the Sales team).

Project Manager - Manufacturing Automation Capex
Summary/Objective
In this high-visibility, high-impact role working directly with Operations Management, the successful Project Manager will help advance our emerging PMO capability by bringing structure, templates and best practices (we currently use Jira + Confluence for engineering workflows and want to extend that into formal project management). Using proven manufacturing capex execution experience, the Project Manager will own these projects from detailed design through commissioning and handover.
